Medi-CareFirst was created as the underwriting entity for the Medicare Prescription Drug program (commonly known as Part D) and Medicare Advantage program. Currently Medi-CareFirst offers two Medicare Prescription Drug plans for individuals, Blue Rx Standard plan and Blue Rx Enhanced plan, and two Medicare Advantage Plans available for employer groups, AdvantageBlue PFFS and AdvantageBlue PFFS with Rx.
