Health Risk ManagementThe Blues On CallSM program offers support to those members facing lifestyle issues (e.g., weight loss, smoking cessation, and stress management). Health coaching and individual planning are available. Symptom ManagementAs an AdvantageBlue PFFS member, if you have minor symptoms, questions or concerns (e.g., bee stings), you can call a health coach. Health coaches will answer questions, educate you about your symptoms, and offer additional supporting resources. General Health InformationThe Blues On CallSM program can offer you general support, such as navigating the health care system or clarifying your benefits. Behavioral HealthBehavioral health assesses crisis situations so that you are provided with the clinical intervention most likely to secure your safety and provide the best environment for crisis resolution. AdvantageBlue PFFS members can speak directly to a Behavioral Health Care Manager, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What is a health coach?Medi-CareFirst's health coaches are seasoned, well-versed health care professionals with an average of 15 to 20 years experience in the health care system. They are able to address a broad spectrum of health care concerns by providing appropriate information for your needs.
